Closet Cleanse
I believe that less is more, and that a small, well-edited wardrobe will serve you better than a closet crammed full of things you don’t absolutely love. In a Silent Partner “closet cleanse,” I will help you eliminate the clothes that don’t make you look or feel your best, and put together exciting new outfits from clothes you already own. When we’re done, you’ll have dozens of flattering and fashionable new looks without even stepping foot in a store– and a free photo reference guide documenting what goes with what, so that you can dress without stress.
As a complimentary service to our customers and the community, Silent Partner will be happy to arrange charitable, tax deductible donations of any gently-used clothing you no longer love to wear.

The “Must-Have” List
After a “Closet Cleanse” (or if you are building a wardrobe almost entirely from scratch after a major life transition or significant change in your body shape), I will help you draw up a list of basic, flexible pieces that will suit your lifestyle and your budget. We’ll talk about what you need for the life and body you REALLY have; what colors and silhouettes to look for, and how to maximize every piece in your wardrobe. This list will be your essential time- and money-saving guide.

Personalized Shopping
During a one-on-one shopping trip to some of my favorite sources, I will help you find clothes you love, assess the best styles for your body type, and help you arrange for any necessary alterations so that your clothes fit you like “custom-made” – without the “custom” price tag. If you are short on time or hate to shop, Silent Partner can pre-shop the stores for you, and meet you in the dressing room so that you can try on a well-edited selection of clothes chosen just for you. Don’t want to step foot into the stores at all? I will be happy to bring my fabulous finds right to your home or office, make sure each garment fits and flatters – and return anything you don’t absolutely love.

Special-Event Shopping
Your son’s bar mitzvah… Your daughter’s wedding… The most important presentation of your career… With everything else you have to do to prepare for the big day, do you REALLY want to spend time going from store to store to find the perfect outfit? My familiarity with a wide range of shops and their offerings makes it easy and efficient for me to find you the outfit in a fraction of the time it would take you to do it yourself. And because I know where to get those special-event outfits for the best insider prices, many of Silent Partner’s special-event clients end up spending LESS, including my fee, than they would if they were shopping on their own.
Teen Shopping
Are you tired of fighting your teenager over which skirts are too short, which necklines are too low, and the fact that “LEGGINGS ARE NOT PANTS”? Are you unsure of how to give her feedback on how things fit or flatter without making her feel insecure about her body and appearance? Balancing your guidelines and budget with your daughter’s tastes and body type, I will shop with your teen for cool yet tasteful clothes that she will love and you approve of. (Meet us at the end to see how confident AND appropriate she can look – and for final approval.)
